Human Resources Manager

Gloucestershire Airport has recently invested in new infrastructure to expand its service provision and secure its place as a hub for growth in the region. Our ever-evolving team are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join us in our journey to continuously improve our offering. This position is for a fixed term 12-month period supporting the Senior Management Team in the implementation of a people strategy to meet our developing business needs.

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be the point of contact for all HR matters taking full ownership of the HR function. Your duties will include:

· monitoring, reviewing and updating of our HR policies and procedures,

· responding to all employee queries promptly and appropriately,

· recruitment and onboarding of new employees,

· identifying staffing needs and training requirements,

· ensuring we are up to date with current legislation and regulatory compliance,

· partnering with line managers to review employee relations, performance management, resourcing and staff management.

We are looking for a proactive, organised individual with significant post qualification experience specifically in Change Management. employees play a strategic role, championing change and ensuring employees buy in through effective communication and training delivery. You need to be personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business.

To be considered for this role you must be CIPD level 7 qualified or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years’ experience at a Senior level. We are offering a competitive salary of £40-£45k dependant upon experience, with Health Insurance and free parking.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
