We are currently seeking to recruit experienced Housekeeping Assistants with a passion for providing residents with exceptional, kind, individualised care that promotes choice, dignity and respect in a well maintained and pleasant environment.

About You

To join us in the first phase of recruitment you will have experience housekeeping or domestic roles with experience within a care home setting caring for older people or transferable skills from the hospitality sector.

You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of service, care and support for the residents.

You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents, relatives and colleagues to enable residents to achieve desired outcomes and goals.

You will have the ability to work positively as a member of the staff team and the flexibility to work alone when required.

You will have the right to work within the UK.

The recruitment process aims to create and maintain a safe workforce and contains robust vetting procedures. The successful applicants will be appointed subject to references and enhanced DBS check.
