Role Overview
The key purpose of the Relationship Executive (Assistance Outsourcing) role is to support with the successful execution of our assistance proposition. This will include assisting the contract renewals with our 3 rd party suppliers who provide these services to our insured customers, governance of the relationship in line with the contract and to identify areas for development and implement new initiatives that will deliver seamless services to our customers.
What you'll do:
Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with our outsource assistance providers ensuring that in partnership they deliver efficient and robust solutions in line with the business strategy
Ensure that the processes and procedures developed during implementation are fit for purpose and provide the optimal customer experience
Work with a broad range of internal stakeholders, coordinate and negotiate alongside the Provider Network Development Manager, the best possible outcomes for our entire customer portfolio.
Continually monitor and adapt our procedures to ensure that the customer is at the heart of all of our transactions
Improve procedures and systems where appropriate to make interactions between the supplier and Bupa more effective and work with the HCM Process governance manager to deliver the changes to our global operating teams
Support the Relationship Manager and Head of Healthcare Management in evaluating performance (including monthly reports, quarterly reviews and quality audits)
Coordinate and follow up on effective query resolution across a number of stakeholders including internal customers, brokers, TPAs and providers
What you'll need:
Experience in in management of outsource arrangements or 3 rd party arrangements, desirable but not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
Strong analytical capabilities, with good MS office experience, especially Excel
Ability to problem solve and work under own initiative is essential
Business awareness and understanding of Healthcare Managements role in relation to other area's
of complaint handling
Ability to absorb, summarize data /information and make recommendations about appropriate course of action
Excellent administration / organisational skills
Proven track record of achieving targets with a consistent high level of quality
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to influence business areas without having direct management responsibility
Aware of the regulatory requirements set by the relevant regulatory bodies
Demonstrable experience in international private medical insurance – provider/ network team, sales support, operations
Experience and knowledge of customer service, claims and underwriting processes highly desirable along with experience of working in a change lead role with partners or third party organisations
