Conveyancing Legal Assistant | Farnborough
TSR Legal have an excellent opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join the Residential Conveyancing team in a Legal 500, full serviced firm based in Farnborough.
A successful candidate will be part of a very busy residential department in a progressive law firm dealing with a large number of transactions each year.
The ideal candidate will be a self motivated individual, with good time management, willing to take responsibility for organising their own activities. The firm are on the lookout for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant, who has experience within administrative legal role.
Roles & Responsibilities
Processing or directing initial enquiries
Assisting with telephone calls/enquiries at the direction of the fee earning lawyers, Case management system upkeep and maintenance
Scanning, copying, copy-typing and engrossing documents
Creating new entities, producing quotes and sending them to prospects
Creating new matters and issuing client instruction documents
File closing and associated tasks
The Person:
Minimum 1 year's experience in a conveyancing environment
Proactive and caparble of working at their own initiative
Excellent administration/IT skills and maintain high standards
Full Driving License
Applicants must possess at least 5 GCSE’s Grade A* to C (9-4) including Maths and English.
