Inspire Telecom is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing team based in Rochester.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business from our BDE Team and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The Business Development Manager position will:

• Require strong communication and organisational ability
• Require good management skills
• Need to be enthusiastic, energetic and positive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Be responsible for working towards set KPI’s and targets to ensure optimal levels of pipeline for the sales team
• Require strong database management and excel skills

Your Duties will include:

• Proactively seeking and developing new business opportunities
• Following up on warm leads and nurturing relationships with potential clients with your team
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Assisting in marketing initiatives to aid new business development
• Sales administration as required
• Uncapped commission based on set targets
• Immediate start

Salary: £22,000.00- £35,000 (OTE £45,000.00) per year
