Due to internal promotion and progression within our commercial team, we are now looking to recruit a National Account Manager - Late night & leisure. The successful candidate will join a fast moving and dynamic business with a great track record in retaining and promoting talent from within its ranks.
The Role
Working closely with our Senior Late Night NAM, our new NAM will be responsible for developing, directing and implementing a sales strategy which delivers above business expectations with key customers such as NUS, AMG, Lane7, Boom Battle Bars.
You will also, naturally, be adept at developing new business relationships to bring in to your portfolio. As well as experience working as part of a fast-paced and innovative team, you will also be commercially driven, focussed on measurement and delivering a growing P & L.
You will be a great communicator and able to build strong relationships at all levels, both internally and within the industry. You will be required to have regular face to face contact with customers out in trade and at our HO, including presentation of key customer plans alongside our other National Account Managers.
The Person
We are seeking an ambitious, intelligent, driven to succeed individual with a natural ability to network in the late-night sector, influence and sell.
The candidate for this role must have recent and relevant understanding of the sector either from operating in a similar role within the drinks industry or from a senior operational role within the sector itself.
They should retain a desire to be involved in late night activations and experiential marketing campaigns within this vibrant stage. Being ever present in venues and having a strong desire to build business networks is key.
