HR Coordinator (Maternity Cover)Salary £25,000 per annumShrewsburyMonday - Friday (9am-5pm)Permanent28 days per year + bank holidaysPension SchemeLife AssuranceSubsidised canteen and use of facilitiesWe are currently searching for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator with a fantastic team mentality to join a well renowned and respected local business.

In this role you will be working in a busy HR team assisting with the on-boarding of new staff, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is uploaded and assisting with the delivery of staff training.

Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator: • Supporting the head of HR and HR officer with recruitment administration (preparing application packs, checking application forms and relevant documentation, organising interviews).

  • Liaising with the payroll team and assisting with payroll administration.
  • Assisting the head of HR with staff training and development.
  • General HR responsibilities including updating and maintaining the human resources database, ensuring all filing is kept up to date and general HR correspondence.
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming HR enquiries.
The successfully appointed HR Coordinator will have the following skills and abilities: • Have passed or working towards a recognised HR qualification.

  • Experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
  • Detail-orientated with a great team mentality.
The Package: Salary £25,000 per annum

Shrewsbury

Monday - Friday (9am-5pm)

Permanent

28 days per year + bank holidays
