Bespoke Dental Lounge are looking for a friendly and competent receptionist to join our welcoming team based in the beautiful town of Dorking for 4 days a week, with a view to increase when the practice expands. Days required are Monday-Thursday at present, we are looking for the missing team member to join us.

The practice is nicely located in the town centre with local shops within walking distance.

We are a progressive practice willing to invest in the training and development of our team.

The ideal candidate will be of a friendly nature with good communication skills and high standards of customer service. They must be confident using computers and have an excellent telephone manner.

The role will include:

·Greeting patients and providing an excellent first impression

·Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records

·Supporting the Practice administrator and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice

·Making patients aware of dental services and offers

·Handling payments

·Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality

.On request to deputise for the practice manager under instruction

Experience preferred but we are willing to train candidates who can demonstrate these skills.

Costs will be covered for DBS checks.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
