Data Input Clerk (part time)

The Kenny’s Group is looking for an experienced data entry clerk to update daily changes to our Company product and stock files. This role is based in our new Kenny's Store in Kilrea.

To be considered for the role you must have previous office-based experience including carrying out high volume data entry tasks. Experience in a retail environment would be a distinct advantage. You must be able to display high levels of accuracy and be an effective communicator and team player. A knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be an advantage.

The role is a part time role - possibly 4 -5 hours (5 days per week) (Monday to Saturday) although we can discuss suitable hours/days at the interview stage.

Key tasks:

· Input data on deliveries, price changes and promotions through our Company system

· Communicate with suppliers and store staff re price increases and product changes

· Analyse and update data using Microsoft Excel

· Assist with other store admin tasks as required

· Support stores through providing accurate and timely information as required.

. Display a can-do attitude in getting tasks done

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
