Customer Service Advisor - Business Banking Department

Location: Within our Manchester City Centre office, work from home, agile or hybrid after training period
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time - 35, 37.5 or 40 hour contracts available
Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 plus annual bonus, 27 days increasing to 30 days plus bank holidays and a fantastic range of benefits
You will also receive enhanced pay (up to £288) on top of your basic salary for working on a weekend

About the role:
If you want to join an award winning team delivering professional service to our business customers then this role is for you. Our Business Banking Team proactively build relationships with customers over the telephone, ensuring all their business needs are met, taking personal responsibility to manage customers through their business operations with professionalism and integrity. They ensure adherence to all the relevant process and procedures and seek out opportunities to generate leads for other colleagues.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic warehouse worker to join our small but busy team. You will be working within the catering trade which is fast paced and demanding. We are a family run
11 - 12 per hour. Liaising with members of the public by telephone and email. Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors.
