At Green Fox Cleaning, we're seeking experienced and highly reliable casual cleaning operatives initially on a temp casual contract with a view to take up a permanent position, that take pride in their work to join our large, friendly school cleaning team in Lewes. Covering holiday and sickness at our school in Lewes. Some cover may be needed at short notice.

We work Monday to Friday each evening, with school cleaning starting from 5pm, with differing hours per night available ranging from 2 hours to 2 hours 40 mins. Would really suit those looking for occasional evening work without having to commit to each evening.

Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

As part of a team cleaning the school, you will work together to achieve the best possible result. Your work will keep the school safe, clean, and hygienic to ensure that the students who go there have the perfect environment to thrive in.

You will be responsible for your own section of the school which you will clean on a daily basis. This allows you to learn the area, as well as taking personal pride in the appearance of your section.

We will provide full training around all aspects of cleaning, the safe use of chemicals (COSHH), safe manual handling and all other essential training to keep you safe at work.

What will I do on a typical day?

Having your own area of the school that you are responsible for means you will come to work each day, confident in what you need to do.

You will collect your equipment from the cleaning cupboard, and top up supplies as needed.

You will then work your shift, completing a high quality clean that you can look back at and be proud of.
