Role - Senior Landscape Architect

Location - Merseyside

Salary - £36-42K

LEAD Careers have been appointed to source a Senior Landscape Architect for a Landscape Architecture Practice in Merseyside. The company works on a wide variety of landscape schemes and have considerable experience of historically and architecturally sensitive design projects. Their work also includes universities, schools; private gardens; hotel and leisure sites; housing developments; masterplanning major developments; Landscape Impact Assessments and Planning Inquiries.

THE SUITABLE SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT WILL HAVE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience of project management, particularly RIBA Stages 3-6
  • Ability to work efficiently, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to lead a team and encourage collaborative working
  • A rigorous attention to detail and quality of work
  • The ambition to make a positive contribution to a practice
  • Confident with a range of people, from clients to contractors
  • Excellent IT literacy including Adobe suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft Office packages
