Role details
Working with customers, you will be their first point of contact with Leeds Building Society. This role is all about delivering exceptional customer service by living the Society’s brand and helping their members.
You will handle both straightforward and complex enquiries for your area of expertise (savings or mortgages), some of which will require great care and sensitivity.
You will work onsite on the clients site within Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle, NE27 0QJ.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm and Saturday, 9am – 5pm. Closed on Bank Holidays.
You will receive full paid training on our systems, products, and call handling.
