Bartender - Stunning new roof top bar

We are looking for a talented and experienced Bartenders for The Greenhouse on the Terrace, a brand new restaurant with a roof terrace bar overlooking the canal at Castle Quay in Banbury.

With beautiful interiors, a locally sourced, seasonal menu and a stunning roof top location, the focus of Greenhouse will be simply - great food and excellent service in special surroundings.

About the role

Our Bartenders deliver a friendly yet professional service with pride and passion, serving drinks, mixing cocktails creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere to surprise and delight our guests.

About you

As a Bartender you should be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience working in a bar is essential
• Enthusiasm towards the industry and a passion for cocktails
• A people person who enjoys meeting new people and delivering first class guest service
• Ability to thrive in a busy high volume, high energy environment managing multiple tasks and guests with ease
• Have excellent communication skills

Please note: flexibility is key. You must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends, bank holidays and school holiday periods.
