About the role

Provide technical administration support for all Wintel Infrastructure across the group, working with Infrastructure Managers and technical subject matter experts to define policies and set standards to improve efficiency and working practice within the estate.

You will be joining a collaborative team whilst providing support & guidance to less experienced Infrastructure System Administrators.

Key responsibilities

Provide 3rd Line Support for Wintel Infrastructure across the group ensuring that there are no unplanned outages.
Dealing with requests and incidents within SLA.
Update or create documentation for all processes and procedures where required.
Provide support where required for maintenance, power downs, and Disaster Recovery.
Act as an infrastructure resource for project delivery.
Implement change for Wintel server owned services and projects.

Criteria

Extensive knowledge of and the ability to support core MS infrastructure services including AD, Exchange, DNS and DHCP.
Act as an infrastructure resource for projects.
Support the business in a third line capacity.
Willing to do out of hours work and be flexible in a 24/7 environment.
