Job Description

  • Responsible for leading and managing a team across the operational functions of the warehouse
  • Interpreting data to formulate operational plans
  • Working with the team to deliver operational plans
  • Provide training, coaching, support and feedback to the team
  • Maintaining health and safety compliance

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Relevant operations leadership experience
  • Ecommerce background advantageous
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret data
  • Health & Safety experience within a warehouse environment

What's on Offer

  • £30,000-£35,000 dependant on experience
  • Competitive overtime pay
  • 4 of 7 shift pattern, 8am-6pm
