Store Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Starting Rate: £11 with further increase following completion of successful training

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail manager to join our team in Workington.

What you'll be doing

As Store Manager (E-Cigarette Specialist), you'll be:

• Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver a level of customer service that exceeds all expectations
• Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role
• Organised to effectively plan priorities and be able to respond to deadlines and challenges
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store including rota management/time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling in line with company procedures and best practice

Your experience

• Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to cope with changing priorities, maintaining a calm and resilient work ethic
• Able to work well under pressure when required.

Training

Familiarity with vaping products would be beneficial but not essential as industry-leading training will be provided.
