Mrs Potts Chocolate House is a new concept in cafes/desserts bars that opened in September 2017 on Park St, Bristol. The business has grown and we are now looking for a Store Manager to manage the day to day operatons of the business and lead the team.
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking individual who can and help the owners develop robust processes to allow the business to grow beyond its current site. As Store Manager you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, hiring and training of staff, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times, setting ROTA's and cash handling and banking.
What we're looking for:
-Previous experience as a leader in a hospitality setting is desirable.
-Coffee and barista skills.
-Customer focused with excellent communication skills.
-Positive individual with a can do attitude.
