Within our therapeutic homes in Okehampton we look after children and young people aged 8 to 18 years who for various reasons cannot live with their family. Residential Support Team Members care for the children and young people in a nurturing and safe environment, providing emotional support for them to flourish. Our homes vary in size but are all houses within the community that are family style, furnished, decorated and maintained to a good standard.
A typical day for a support team member will include;

Shifts generally cover a 24-hour period (which include a paid full nights sleep!) however this means that your weekly hours will be completed over a couple of days and you get more days off than the mundane 9-5 !
