Applications are invited for the post of Recruitment Sales Executive in the Unitemps team based in the Careers and Employability Service in the Portland Building on University Park campus.
The successful candidate will be joining a large, sector leading professional service which is committed to working together to combine the skills, insights and experience of teams working directly with students, academics, employers and other stakeholders, with those of our enabling teams to develop and deliver a consistently high level of service and professional standards. Based in locations across all three UK campuses, we work as one service to provide collaboratively conceived, locally managed and collectively delivered services to students from all our Schools and Faculties.
Unitemps is an on-campus recruitment service managed by the University of Nottingham’s Careers and Employability Service. Unitemps provides temporary staff to all departments across the University as well as to external clients in the local region, using students, graduates and local talent as a candidate pool. A key priority of the service is to help students become more employable by providing them with a wide range of temporary assignments while studying.
Working closely with the Business Development Manager and Employer Relations Consultant within the Careers and Employability Service, the Recruitment Sales Executive will lead external business development and account management for Unitemps. The role-holder will be expected to demonstrate specialist skills in delivering the full recruitment service and will work on their own initiative, managing multiple tasks and working to tight deadlines. The role includes the line management responsibility and support of a Recruitment Administrator to ensure a high quality service is provided to external clients.
This is a full time (36.25 Hour), permanent, position. Hybrid working options are available, with the successful candidate expected to work at least 60% of the time on campus. Interviews to be held on 1 June 2023.
