Job Description

The role is responsible for

  • Communicating Hikma’s corporate strategy and operating performance and supporting our corporate brand and culture by delivering information and key messages to employees and external stakeholders through our digital platforms - corporate website, social media channels and Connect (Intranet).
  • Establishing good process and governance for the above.

This role is crucial to how we tell the Hikma’s story, ensuring that our business strategy and messages are reflected across all our channels.

Develop Hikma Group’s editorial framework and relevant content and maximise our channels


Develop and deliver a Group editorial framework and relevant content to increase awareness and visibility of Hikma, its achievements, capabilities, culture, values and value proposition.


Drive the integration of the Group editorial communication priorities and planning across the Corporate Affairs team and other stakeholders as necessary.


Advise Group Communications/Global Affairs on effective editorial strategy and champion best practice and innovation across our channels by

  • Engaging in continuous learning, taking every opportunity to explore latest digital content trends in the healthcare/generics sector and beyond in order to understand what 'good' looks like for Hikma’s corporate channels
  • Coaching and upskilling colleagues across the broader Global Affairs team on storytelling, ensuring a joined-up and consistent approach
  • Analysing the impact of our digital communications assets and content to ensure continuous improvement of our digital engagement
  • stablishing Group editorial communications guidelines and working with colleagues and external partners to enforce appropriate use

Manage one digital communications coordinator who is responsible for maintaining Hikma’s global digital and social media communications platforms - www.hikma.com, Hikma Connect (intranet), and social media channels and site channels.


Support Group/EU Communications and work closely with the EVP, Strategic Planning and Global Affairs, IR team, Sustainability team and regional communications teams in the US/Canada and MENA.
