Paralegal
Birmingham City Centre - Office Based
I’m delighted to be working with a leading firm in Birmingham City Centre, who are currently going through a fantastic period of growth an expansion. As a result, they are keen to add an Admin Assistant to their team in Birmingham City Centre. The ideal candidate will have come from a Legal Assistant /paralegal background.
Based in modern, well equipped offices, close to local commuter links and with nearby parking, this role would suit an experienced Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary
(Minimum 1 years experience), within Birmingham City Centre. Please note this is an office based role.
Duties and responsibilities of an Admin Assistant:
- Opening / Closing of files (Case Management System - Training given)
- To record billable hours for the fee earners
- Chase Courts / Police Stations for updates
- Document Proofing
- Appointment / Diary management for the clients
- Preparing court bundles
- Ad Hoc admin

A very competitive / negotiable salary is on offer, with 23 days holiday (excluding bank holidays), pension contribution and training.
