We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Kitchen Assistant with a passion for providing residents with exceptional, kind, individualised care that promotes choice, dignity and respect in a well maintained and pleasant environment.

About You

To join us in the first phase of recruitment you will have experience in catering roles with preferably within a care home setting caring for older people or transferable skills from the hospitality sector.

You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of service, care and support for the residents.

You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents, relatives and colleagues to enable residents to achieve desired outcomes and goals.

You will have the ability to work positively as a member of the staff team and the flexibility to work alone when required.

You will have the right to work within the UK.
