Oakleaf Partnership is currently patterning with an impressive commodities firm based in Central London who is seeking an HR Assistant to join their HR team.
About the role:
You will be working alongside the HRBP and Chief People Officer, in a well-rounded generalist HR role. Responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding administration, supporting in performance management, being the first point of contact for any HR queries, producing and analyzing reports, payroll and benefits administration as well as supporting an array of HR projects.
Candidate Profile / Experience:
The successful candidate will have 3-6 months of HR experience with an appetite to develop their HR skillset and a passion for HR.
