Job Description

As our Engineering Intern, you will be working with our Technical Assurance & Design Management Team (TADM) at our office at 64 Victoria Street, London.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the Head of Technical Assurance, Head of Engineering and the wider Technical Assurance and Design Management team.
  • Organising meetings, creating and circulating relevant documentation to attendees, and keeping accurate records of meeting minutes to ensure actions are captured, appropriately assigned and completed by the deadline.
  • Updating records of all team documents (presentation slides, workflows for design deliverables, etc) taking account of feedback and version control.
  • Maintaining, managing and generating data and information, making sure records are accessible and logical for auditing purposes.
  • Following up on actions from various project wide technical forums and other Team meetings.
  • Document maintenance and management in our systems, such as Sharepoint, complying with Programme-specific information management processes.
  • Adhering to project processes, standards and procedures, whilst developing new ways of working to improve effectiveness and increase efficiency.
  • Taking part in and support the preparation of the team for internal audits
  • Researching innovative engineering solutions that are sympathetic with a historic building

Salary £25,000 per annum FTE

Start date: ASAP

End date: 31st March 2024
