Dental Receptionist

We are a group of mixed NHS and private dental practices offering the full range of care from general NHS and private care to cosmetic, implant and teeth straightening services. We also offer sedation for nervous patients.

Duties:

Providing chair-side assistance

Taking records, impressions, or x-rays

Billing and maintaining patient records

Assisting with lab tasks as needed

Assisting with front office tasks as needed Flexible Working Options Available:

Staggered hours

Part-time

Job Duties:

Greeting and welcoming visitors

Scheduling

Managing correspondence

Carrying out requests from management as needed Maintaining stock and ordering supplies Answering emails and sorting post Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary Managing website functions and social media Financial Duties:

Submitting insurance claims

Processing payments

Billing

Payroll

Expense reports

Purchasing office supplies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
