My client is a successful parts supplier to the Materials Handling Industry and is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join their Team.
You will be based at their Offices in West Bromwich. You will be responsible for answering customer queries, dealing with Parts enquiries, ordering parts for specific jobs and liaising with customers and engineers with updates. During the quieter periods of the day you will be responsible for customer care calls to existing and previous customers to maintain and build relationships.
The succesfull candidate will have excellent communication skills and be confident with Microsoft word.
Working Hours:
Full Time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
Hourly Pay £11.00 to £11.25 per hour
