Community Learning Coordinator (Apprentice)

About the Role

This is an 18-month apprenticeship where you will be working towards a Level 3 Business Admin qualification.

Learn at Scope provides eLearning courses for disabled people seeking employment. It provides a variety of courses and resources. Designed to improve job skills, build confidence, and increase employment opportunities.

You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Learning Management System. You will process referrals from our team of employment advisers. As well as self-referrals via the Scope website. Fulfilling data requests and contributing to platform content will also be expected.

Main Responsibilities

  • You will be supporting the E-learning Manager in the delivery of several projects through various tasks.
  • Managing learner referrals.
  • Managing all tasks associated with the LMS (Moodle
  • Enrol and assign learners to relevant learning content
  • Account monitoring and deactivation
  • Activity monitoring and reporting
  • Setting up and maintaining various learning sections
  • Uploading digital learning content
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Supporting the development and upskilling of our existing advisers.
  • Participating in discovery workshops to develop design documents.

Fixed term for 18 months

Location - working at Scope's Manchester office -
