We are looking for full or part time Health Care Assistants to join our Responsive Services team. The team work a variety of shifts between 8am-8pm 7 days a week.

Working closely with our virtual ward, intermediate care and urgent community response services your role will be varied and interesting. Assisting in the planning of care and therapy, engaging the patient and their carers in their own home environment through implementation of individualised care plans.
You will have strong visual creative skills for print and digital, as well as experience working across multiple social media channels.
