Job Description

An established, highly regarded commercial firm is on the lookout to appoint an ambitious Commercial Fee Earner to join their experienced, close-knit team in Nottingham.

The firm is well known within the East Midlands area and further afield, including growing numbers within the London area. With offices in both Nottingham and Derby, their work is in dispute resolution/litigation, corporate and commercial law, commercial property, and some employment law.

As a Commercial Fee Earner you will be working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment dealing with high quality work. As such, you will manage your own caseloads and your duties will include working on matters such as:

• Terms and conditions
• Contracts
• Shareholder agreements
• Business sales and purchases
• Corporate restructuring
• Business exit planning

My client is looking for a motivated Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years' experience within a range or corporate/commercial law and experience within the above. In addition, you will be a quick learner and have a positive approach towards client care and be personable, professional and have sound legal knowledge.
