My client provides a range of services to the automotive sector, specialising in helping dealerships improve and grow their online presence.

Established 10 years ago they have an impressive portfolio of just under 20,000 dealerships listed, having strong relationships with a network of some of the biggest names in the automotive industry who use the services to help their customers and site visitors.

They are now looking to add a high calibre Business Development Manager to their team.


Job Description

As Business Development Manager some of your responsibilities with include:

  • Field based role covering the UK
  • Journey planning to maximise time and coverage
  • Presenting to multiple stakeholders across the automotive industry
  • Understanding and identifying commercial opportunities
  • Generating leads through all methods of communication and sales techniques
  • Conducting face to face meetings
  • Promoting the company through various network opportunities
  • Identifying key trends within the market

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in your role as Business Development Manager the client is looking for the following:

  • A proven track record of B2B sales with an appetite to win new business
  • Self motivated and strong work ethic coupled with resilience
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector along with an established network of customers within this sector is advantageous but not compulsory
  • Comfortable in presenting and negotiating with all stakeholders
