Job Description

Knutsford Admin Limited are the outsourced finance department for many businesses. This role is for an experienced bookkeeper / management accountant who enjoys

  • day to day inputting of sales / purchases,
  • reconciling bank/credit card/stripe/paypal accounts through to inputting
  • budgets and producing routine
  • management reports to discuss directly with clients. There will be
  • VAT quarters,
  • regular journals, and
  • year end balance sheet reconciliations to do. Plus
  • credit chasing, including phone calls
  • excel use
  • Xero/SAGE/Quickbooks *training will be provided if not used

Working as part of our office based team you will enjoy a supportive peer to peer learning environment, we work with a 'house style' so everyone can cover each other at times of absence - this streamlined business support provided by our team is essential to our clients and we are very proud of the team environment we have established.

This role is five days a week and can be full time or shorter days to suit school hours can be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

Salary: £11.00-£18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Knutsford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
