Job Description

Responsibilities

Main duties will include:
  • Maintaining clients records using Xero, Sage and additional accounting software
  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Purchase ledger
  • Sales ledger
  • Balance sheet accounts for a large variety of highly valued clients
  • Preparing VAT returns and management accounts
  • Main point of contact for bookkeeping queries

Requirements

Ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous bookkeeping experience
  • Previous experience using Xero and Sage 50C
  • Great command of the English language, both written and verbally
  • High organisational and communication skills
  • Great ability to multitask and meet regular deadlines accurately
