Main duties & Responsibilities:
Creating Legal reports
Using inhouse case management system
Using Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word & Excel
Creating and receiving emails and dealing with enquiries
Transferring legal data
Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
Undertaking a range of general office tasks
Desired skills:
Good communication and social skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word
Desired Personal Qualities:
Drive and ambition, vision to gain their driving license if not already
Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Flexible and a good team player
Desired Qualifications:
GCSE Level 4 or Grade C & Above in Maths & English
